• PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices with our Salon Coordinator while booking your appointment.

• For your protection.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.

• Appointment Policy
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and stylist for your services.

We may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. If it is more convenient, you are welcome to stop by and pay for your appointment in advance.

• Health Problem and Comfort Level 
Please notify your stylist before booking services if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure or any other physical ailments or disabilities. 

• Foot or Nail conditions 
To ensure the health and safety of all the guests and our team, if you are experiencing any foot or nail conditions please seek medical care before scheduling your nail appointments. Evolutions Salon reserves the right to deny services for the protection of our guests and team members. 

• Arrival

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.

• Cancellation Policy
Our salon and service staff are in great demand, so please be respectful to their time by honoring your commitment to be here. We require at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no shows. Multiple bookings require at least 48 hours notice and are subject to the same cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.

• Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 

• Staff Selection/Changes
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member-or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view-please let us know. Remember, we work as a team and it is our mission as a salon team to provide you consistent credible care.

• Cell Phone, Pagers and Tranquility
Please turn off your cell phones and pagers prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guest’s space. While welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much needed private moment. 

• Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, local printed checks for the amount of service (Valid ID required).
• Returned check is subject to a $30.00 fee.
• Multiple service appointments require a credit card to hold your reservation. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for the amount of services. 
• Gift Certificates are not refundable. However, they are transferable.
• Gift Certificates must be presented upon arrival for your appointment(s)
