Jamie Edmonds – Owner/Stylist
Jamie graduated from Haywood Community College in 2000 and joined the Evolutions Salon staff in November, 1999. In 2003, she purchased the salon and enjoys continuing her education, not only as a stylist, but as an owner.
Jamie has attended Neil Corporations Serious Business conference in New Orleans five Times. Evolutions Salon has a commitment to being a certified Headmapping salon. Jamie's education includes New York IBS, Minneapolis, Charlotte and Atlanta.
She is married to an amazing man, Jeremy, and has two beautiful children, Pressley and Marrin. "I am honored to be a Day-Maker," Jamie Said. “You may not be able to control the wind but you can definitely adjust your sails.” |

Anna Ridgeway - Team Leader
Anna has been with Evolutions since September, 2005. She found her home here right out of cosmetology school. Aveda and Evolutions were a perfect fit. Anna loves the continuing education offered, and has taken full advantage.
She is certified in Aveda color, pure-form cutting, 4-mat training, razor-cutting with William Edge, and has attended many large conferences, including Serious Business. Anna has been the team leader at Evolutions for two years and works with a wonderful team of talented stylists. She enjoys being creative in cutting and color, among other areas, especially blondes!
Anna's and her husband Patrick just welcomed their first child, Wyatt in 2010. "We are enjoying being new parents. I look forward to many more years with Evolutions." |

Anita G. Autrey
Anita is certified in Color Systems, Color Solutions, Pure-form cutting, Product-ivity training, Aveda Make up classes, and Smooth Infusion Retexturizing Systems.
She has taken many types of cutting classes to increase her cutting abilities and stay up to date with the latest looks. Men's cuts is one of Anita's specialties, along with ethnic relaxers and hair care.
Anita was born in Western North Carolina but lived in Portland Oregon for ten years. She has two teenage kids that keep her busy!

Lisa Mollak
After 25 years in hospitality management in south Florida, Lisa decided to pursue a passion for hair and return to school in 2005. Lisa has been with Evolutions since September 2007 and is certified in color systems, color solutions, pure-form cutting, product-tivity, pure foiling.

Amanda Hawkins
Amanda has been working in the industry for over eight years. She moved to Asheville from New York state, is new to Aveda, and was excited to start with Evolutions in September, 2010. Amanda is always looking to continue her education and has taken several advanced color technique classes. She especially enjoys the Aveda color classes. One of her goals is to become a color educator with Aveda for Western North Carolina.

Krista Manny - Salon Coordinator
Krista has been working at Evolutions as a salon coordinator since July 2010 and is currently enrolled at Carolina College of Hair design.
She is an animal lover and has two dogs and a cat. Krista went to high school in the area, and her family lives in Western North Carolina.

I can’t wait to work at Evolutions as a stylist and love to meet new people, always have a smile, and love to have fun! I believe life is a gift and we should enjoy every moment we are blessed with.
